Product and Packaging
From time to time, TDC may modify and improve its product and/or its packaging. When making purchases from TDC websites, you agree that the actual product you receive may have slight variance from its corresponding picture and/or specification presented on our websites. TDC is not in any obligation to supply products in the exact accordance to its corresponding picture and/or specification.
All orders via TDC website are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days. In the event of any delays, we will notify you via email. For any missing items, please notify us within 5 days upon receipt of the order and we will arrange for a replacement accordingly.
Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices quoted on the website are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are subject to adjustment at our absolute discretion at any time and from time to time without prior notice to you.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage, including theft or fraud, arising directly or indirectly from:

TDC strives to ensure that product prices and product details advertised on TDC websites are correct and up to date. The prices on TDC websites are for online purchases only.
Shipping
When making purchases from TDC websites, shipping charges may apply. It is calculated based on the total weight of your ordered products, your shipping destination region and the selected shipping method. Weight of the products used may be actual or volumetric (bulky but light products), whichever is higher. You are responsible for the payment of all applicable shipping charges, unless indicated otherwise.
Return and Exchange
We offer returns and exchanges for defective or wrong items. Our Return and Exchange Policy applies only to products purchased on our website www.tdchb.com. Any TDC product purchased through third parties, or our distributors are not covered under this policy.
Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns and exchanges. Any return or exchange sent to us without return authorization will not be processed. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of TDC.
Step 1: Should you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us immediately at 601131523118. Please provide the order number along with your mobile number.
Step 2: Once your return/exchange request is authorized, kindly return the item(s) to us for assessment. Our team will determine either refunds or exchanges should be carried out.
Exchange will be made within 5 business days once the validity of the defective products is confirmed.
